Your Energy, Load and Recovery

How your chart reads energy and recovery, what quietly spends yours, which stretches of the next ten years will ask more of you, and a short routine chosen from your own placements. It reads rhythm, not illness, and it is not medical advice.

What is inside

  • How you are built to spend and refill energy, read from your rising sign, its ruler and your Moon
  • What your chart says quietly drains you, and what it says you have built against it
  • Every period and sub-period across the next ten years, banded against your own ladder rather than anyone else's
  • The same reading run backwards over stretches you have already lived, dated, so you can mark it right or wrong from memory
  • Which hours of your own day are the sharp ones, and which are the mechanical ones
  • A handful of instructions specific enough to start this week, each with the placement it came from
  • Four things worth raising with a doctor, written as sentences you can say out loud in an appointment

Ask the internet what your chart says about your health and you get the sixth house, the eighth house, and a list of body parts assigned to signs. That list is real, it is old, and printing it back at you would be the single most irresponsible thing this site could do. A sentence like "your chart shows a weak heart" cannot be unread, and the person most likely to read it is the person already worried enough to search.

So this report reads the same houses for something else. The sixth is strain and what you have built against it. The eighth is pace, and what turns over slowly. The twelfth is rest, sleep, and the energy that goes without a receipt. Read that way they describe a rhythm rather than a body, and rhythm is a thing you can actually do something about on a Tuesday. Your rising sign, its ruler and your Moon give the constitution underneath it: whether you run light and quick and lose your footing through irregularity, or run warm and hard and lose it through heat.

Then it dates. Every period and sub-period across the next ten years is scored on which planets carry the load in your chart against which carry the support, and banded against your own ladder, because there is no population baseline here and comparing you to a stranger would be an invention. A band says how much a stretch is likely to ask of you and what it is good for. It never says what will happen to you in it.

The part that makes the rest checkable runs the same scoring backwards over stretches you have already lived, with real dates, so you can mark each one right or wrong from memory before you decide what a forward window is worth. What it will never do: name an illness, name a part of the body, say anything about how long anyone lives, or come between you and a doctor. Where a doctor and these pages disagree, follow the doctor, and the report says so on its own page rather than in fine print.

How it works

  1. 1Enter your birth details. The time and place matter here, because the houses this reads are placed from the rising sign; without a time we read them from your Moon instead and the report says so on the page.
  2. 2We read your constitution, what your chart says spends you and what it says protects you, then score every period and sub-period across ten years forward and the ones you have already lived.
  3. 3You receive the full reading by email, with the instructions and the check-in sheet at the front and the chart workings collected on one page at the back.

Questions

Will this tell me if I am going to get ill?

No, and nothing that reads a birth chart can. It names no illness, no organ and no part of the body anywhere in it, on purpose. What it dates is load: which stretches of the next ten years are likely to ask more of your time and attention, and what each of those stretches is good for. That is a statement about your calendar, not about your body.

Does it say anything about how long I will live?

No. The eighth house is the lifespan house in the classical scheme and this reading deliberately reads it as pace and recovery instead. There is no number, no range and no hint anywhere in the report, and the tests that ship with it check the generated text for exactly that rather than trusting anyone's good intentions.

I am already unwell. Is this for me?

It can be read alongside care, and it is written knowing you might be the one reading it. It will not diagnose anything, will not tell you to start, stop or change any treatment, and will not put itself in front of your doctor. If something you have actually noticed is in it, the report's answer is to take that to a clinician, and it says which four things are worth raising and how to say them.

What makes it different from a general health horoscope?

Two things you can check. Every instruction in it is printed with the placement it came from, so you can hold the page against your own kundli. And the dated half runs backwards as well as forwards, over stretches you have already lived, which means the report can be wrong in a way you can see before you decide what to do with the forward half.

Do I need my exact birth time?

It helps most on the first page. The constitution is read from the rising sign, which needs a time. Without one, everything is read from your Moon instead, which is the standard fallback, and the report tells you that on the page rather than asserting a rising sign you never gave us.

Is this medical advice?

No. It is an astrological and lifestyle reading, and it carries that in the payload rather than in a footer, so no version of the document can appear without it. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a reason to delay seeing someone. Anything you have actually noticed belongs with a doctor.
