What a learning muhurat looks for

Weekday. Wednesday (Mercury) and Thursday (Jupiter) are ideal for a first lesson, with Monday and Friday close behind. Tuesday and Saturday are weaker.
Nakshatra. Pushya, Hasta, Shravana, Ashwini, Punarvasu, Chitra, Swati, Anuradha, Dhanishta, Revati and Mrigashira suit study. Bharani, Krittika, Ardra, Ashlesha, Magha, Moola and Jyeshtha are avoided.
Tithi. The waxing fortnight on a favourable tithi supports steady progress. The Rikta tithis and Amavasya are set aside.
